North Platte Legion Baseball

The North Platte Legion Baseball identity refresh centered on modernizing a highly recognized local sports mark while preserving its community-rooted tradition. The updated system builds around the iconic “NP” monogram—widely recognized across North Platte athletics and typically rendered in a distinct, established font style. This update reinterprets that familiarity to create a more cohesive and scalable brand system for the program.

G3 Creative developed a flexible logo set featuring two variations to support different applications: a primary mark for general branding and promotional use, and a secondary simplified version designed for uniforms, embroidery, and smaller-scale applications.

Subtle baseball-inspired design elements were integrated throughout the identity, including home plate geometry and stitched baseball detailing, reinforcing the sport without overwhelming the mark. These details add texture and meaning while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

The color system ties everything together with red and dark blue representing American Legion heritage, complemented by light blue accents for the Juniors team and purple for the Seniors program, sponsored by Great Plains Health. This layered system allows each level to maintain its own identity while remaining unified under the North Platte Legion Baseball brand.

The result is a refreshed identity that respects local recognition, strengthens visual consistency, and scales effectively across digital, print, and apparel applications.
